In our daily lives, I believe we see what we try to see. I've always looked for people who do the exceptional. Exceptionality exists in all of you and exists across all areas of life. Some of you have the ability to create. Some of you are able to analyze, organize, and simplify the complex. Others of you have exceptional subject matter expertise. Some of you have the gift of written and verbal communication. Still others of you are amazing at caring for, encouraging, inspiring, and teaching others. Some of you can perform physical, technical, or mental tasks at masterful levels. Some of you stand out simply by your character, grit, consistency, and commitment to personal excellence or serving others. Incredibly, some of you possess special abilities in multiple of these.
